Placement Coordinator
 
The Kable Group is looking to fill a role in one of our staffing operations.  The Placement Coordinator is a critical role as you are working directly with our our employees.  You are the face of Kable.  We are looking only for those candidates that are very customer service focused.
 
Job brief:
An placement coordinator is responsible for matching job applicants to a specific job that suits their talents. They are responsible for ensuring that the candidate has the right skills for the job. A few of the main duties of an placement coordinator are testing the skills of the job candidates, conducting mock interviews, helping candidates with their resume, and monitoring job retention. In addition, the placement coordinator must work with our customers to make sure that the employee is the right fit. 

Responsibilities:
  • Match job openings to job candidates
  • Monitor job retention rate
  • Work with customers to understand their needs
  • Work with candidates to understand their skill set
  • Administer skill tests to candidates
  • Conduct interviews to help determine what is needed for accurate placement
  • Revise resumes to help the candidate find a job
  • Placement of candidates based on results of above mentioned task.
  • Manages database of candidates and employees.  Is responsible for keeping said database and information up-to-date, accurate and clean. 
  • Manages candidate submittals, customer interviews and placements & strives to reach all goals set
  • Manages the assignment of candidates and the cancellation/termination of employees. 
  • Manages day to day activity & documentation as expected
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer support role
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and internet
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Proficiency in English – Verbal, Comprehension and Written
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • HS Diploma or GED
